Guns & Hoses Benevolence Fund Opens For Fallen Dallas Officers

(Thursday-July 7, 2016) As protests in Downtown Dallas winded down Thursday night just after 8:30pm, 1 active shooter opened fire on officers and civilians. 11 officer of the Dallas Police Department/DART Police were shot, with 5 officers being announced as deceased and injuring 6 others.

The missions of Guns & Hoses Foundation of North Texas is to show our respect and gratitude for first responders lost in the line of duty. We are dedicated to provide monetary support for the families of fallen first responders in the hour of need.

In partnership with Operation Blue Shield a 501(c)3, we have officially opened the Benevolence Fund to help assist the families of these fallen officers, including a fallen SMU Officer who lost his life in a non-related event earlier this week. These men and women showed a great deal of strength in their lives and in our communities. The bottom line is, we can’t do it without your help.
